Alessandra Biaggi (@Biaggi4NY) is not afraid to speak truth to power. She’s using her passion and drive to run an impressive campaign for New York State Senate—and it's clear that she's the fresh leadership that #SD34 desperately needs.https://twitter.com/Biaggi4NY/status/1030089389811138560 …

Alessandra is smart, energetic, and reform-minded. She believes that New York can be a place where everyone can thrive. She’ll put the needs of New Yorkers first, and I know she'll always stand with Democrats in the State Senate to advance the causes we care so deeply about.

And she’ll use her voice to fight important battles—from improving access to health care and the quality of our public schools, to environmental protection and affordable housing, to the urgent need to guarantee a woman’s right to choose.

I am so excited to endorse Alessandra today, and I hope New Yorkers in the Bronx and Westchester will support her campaign and cast their votes for her in the Democratic primary on September 13:https://www.biaggi4ny.com/

I love how you guys call killing a baby "choosing". It is a choice if you are choosing between the mother and baby dying. It is a choice if your child has a sever genetic issue. Aborting a baby because you got pregnant and should not have is murder, and that is the majority.

You need to review the difference between facts and opinions, pal.

I think I got it. For instance, it is a fact that over 90% of abortions in this country are people who say "I cannot take care of it" or have some other bs reason. It is my opinion that if the mother or baby will die that she should be able to choose.

“... bs reason...” is an opinion. I know it’s tough, but if you really try, you can do it.

So let me ask you this. If a man and woman have sex, she gets pregnant and they decide it is too much stress and abort. Now, my OPINION is that this should not be allowed. So where do we start? Do we look at constitution and law? Science?

You don’t have to “start” anywhere. The 14th Amendment of the US Constitution—asked and answered.

Alternatively, presuming your desire to reduce abortions is sincere, you could look at the data and see that the most effective way to reduce abortion rates is to reduce unplanned pregnancies. Which (again data!) is achieved with access to sex ed and contraception.

Right. And that is exactly what I tell people all day and it is the point of this account. I just like to get into logical debates that end in the other party seeing for themselves that abortions are an issue and need to be lessened.
