Um, yeah, theres more than one kind of due process. Congress has committees that investigate this sort of thing, which Franken was denied when Gillibrand and others (duped by calculated, right wing smear campaign) did their bidding. Has Gillibrand called for

There really isn't more than one kind of due process. He wasn't charged with any crime, so due process is not relevant here. That said, he could have chosen to ask for a committee to evaluate what happened, but he didn't. These were all his choices.

Ok,I cant believe I have to explain this,yes there is one due process under the law, HOWEVER, not all due processes are criminal in nature which lead to incarceration. There is also due process of ethics committees which Franken was welcoming until Hildebrand called for his head.

He chose not to fight. Again his choice. I hate it too. Al Franken was a huge advocate for justice and equality in his time as a Senator. But to say that Gillibrand taking a stand on his scandal denied him anything is overstepping. She did what she thought was right and so did he
