Justice Ginsburg is right: The Supreme Court’s ruling on forced arbitration is “egregiously wrong” and undermines workers’ well-being. We need to raise our voices together and demand Congress restore workers' rights to hold their employers accountable.pic.twitter.com/YTw6xOjqTv

We also need a court that is not voting in such a partisan manner. It is not serving either out constitution or the people of this nation.

Agree. Once the SCOTUS majority made their insane Citizen United decision and claimed that money is speech and corporations are people, it cleared the way for the super rich and corporations to buy our democracy and then bury it.

First, Justice Ginsburg lives in La La Land, when she's awake! Second, it's the Supreme Court & they have the final say! We can disagree with rulings, but we can't change them unless a new case arises. So, shut up Kirsten do anything for votes & $$!

They're interpreting federal statutes. Gillibrand is a senator which means it's within her and her colleagues purview to change the statute if they can get the votes. The Supreme Court is the final say on the case, but the three branches of government are equal.

Even GOP Members of the Supreme Court care little for the middle class and poor. The GOP is a diseased and inhuman organization from top to bottom.

Don't tell me -- Justice Gorsuch voted in the majority? When Mitch (the bitch) @SenateMajLdr McConnell sandbagged Obama's nomination, we needed general strikes and night torchlight marches. Better: Obama s/h appointed a Black Protestant Christian Woman.

Please add this to the January 2019 wish list, 'cause it ain't gonna happen until the GOP loses big in the Senate. Paul Ryan is leaving the House a wealthy man. Where's the incentive for the GOP to do anything that might benefit regular Americans?

The employer would offer you as little as possible for your labor, which becines the business cost of capital plus risk, which in now zero with labor organization and lawsuits impossible.

Awesome. You live in a capitalist society so you just admitted the supreme court got it right. Perhaps Venezuela would be more to your liking. Or perhaps you could acquire a sought after skill that the employer was willing to pay a premium for.
