I read the fact sheet (https://ustr.gov/about-us/policy-offices/press-office/press-releases/2018/august/modernizing-nafta-be-21st-century … ) and I have several questions: 1) Does this new NAFTA promise copyright terms longer than current US terms?

2) Is it referring to patents when it says "expanded scope of products eligible for [presumably patent?] protection"? In what way is the scope expanded?
