If Kavanaugh is confirmed this will make the SC fundamentally illegitimate. 45 was allowed to seat Gorsuch only because GOP overrode the will of voters by denying 44 and Merrick Garland. This nominee can not be chosen by a president implicated in a conspiracy to commit a felony.
