Too many Democrats voted with Republicans on this. I would really like an explanation.

Check out NPR and the segment they did this morning-there is a legitimate reason they rolled back the parts that they did, and Senator Dodd agrees with these changes on the whole. Mostly, they undo harm being done to the smaller banks that were hamstrung by some of the rules.

Some people have - as a Realtor in Florida I have NOT! I have PTSD & am taking a break now because prices are getting too high, crazy loans are resurfacing & I will NOT do it again. I will not watch innocent people lose their homes, credit, etc. Can't do it again! NO WAY!

We lost everything in the Great Recession. No matter how hard we worked and how many extra jobs we worked we still lost everything. Our investments took 9 years to recover and it took just as long to build up half as much savings as we had in 2007. We can't do this again!

They make Billions in a down economy. It's like a yard sale to them. Republicans don't care if people lose their houses or die.

Trump didn't forget. Trump benefitted from that financial mess. He will again. He said this during the campaign. He has one goal and that is to financially benefit from his time in the White House. It's his single-minded goal and he has zero concern for anyone but himself.

Economies and markets don't forget. But the Republicans, ultra-wealthy & corporations that looted the country for $1.5 trillion are greedy enough to want more. The main forgetting has been of the constituents Republicans are failing to represent.
