It's not a uniquely American epidemic. Either start using Google, or stop lying to your constituency, senator. Automatic weapons are already banned, there are already universal background checks on all commercial purchases, and even the @NRA supports a ban on bump stocks.
Gun violence is a uniquely American epidemic & the number of students affected continues to grow. We can’t sit idly by as our children are being killed by gun violence. The time for an assault weapons ban, universal background checks,“red-flag” laws & a ban on bump stocks is NOW!

Nice use of words, but not buying it. Automatic, yes. She said "assault" weapons. Universal checks on "commercial" purchases; need is universal background checks for ALL purchases. And NRA doesn't promote bump stocks, but many resonsible gun owners (some in NRA) support it.
