Nominees’ refusal to say that #BrownVBoard was correctly decided should be profoundly troubling to all Americans. Current justices of the Supreme Court have answered this question clearly and there’s no reason these nominees cannot. #Courtsmatter

I am profoundly troubled each day, not only because of this incident, but by the many detestable choices an unqualified president makes. His plans emerge from a crooked past full of immoral behavior and sultry language. He continues to dehumanize and poison our country.

Today, a new mural devoted to Brown v Board decision was unveiled in the Capitol of Topeka, Kansas. Sometimes, red states manage something decent (but it's tough!). Keep working on keeping out the type of nominees who are flat out behind the times (wrong) about these SC decisions

Stall or just refuse as the republicans did under Obama. Treat them the same. We already almost in a complete constitutional crisis due to our president! Last we need is years of unqualified judges with religious agenda. We need diversity in our judges. So stall any way.
