I’m not saying that we should back away from humanitarian efforts. What I am saying is that we have to find a way to do both. We have no game plan for Flint or Puerto Rico. We are failing our own people. How can we effectively help others?

No. It's up to them to GET ISRAEL not outside sources to privide beter life for Gaza. EU countries & UN on numerous occasions have built schools, provided water cleaning and cells for electricity and Israel tears them down.
