Are we ignoring the fact that gun was confiscated by law enforcement in 2017 from him. It was then given back to the father of the shooter who returned it back to the shooter. So laws were broken by the father yet no charges. Its not a gun problem its a people problem
My thoughts are with the victims and families of the horrific shooting in Tennessee, and my thanks to James Shaw Jr. who heroically stopped the gunman. This was another deadly shooting with a military-style assault weapon and a high-capacity magazine. Congress must act.

So what happened under Obama? Gun laws were actually lessened and bump stocks were approved. So democrats have blood on their hands for not doing anything and siding with the NRA for 8 years under Obama.
