Apparently the plan is to bankrupt the small & medium sized farmer thru trade wars & undisbursed federal aid. That way all his tax rich friends can grab more land for themselves. Where are the articles of impeachment for the scammer in chief?

Puerto Rico did get disaster relief too! Thank goodness! But like with this issue, it's a matter of Trump's agencies giving out the money.
