Making more laws against citizens who have not committed any crimes will not make these problems go away, many cities to use as examples there. Criminals and lunatics do not care about laws.

I respect everyone right to peacefully protest. However I think they should also look at how they can change the way certain students are treated everyday; and how we can change the way we isolate them from our circles. And maybe this could help in a small way?
