ICE’s targeting and intimidation of immigrants with no criminal backgrounds is forcing entire communities to live in fear. I’m proud of California’s efforts to combat this and protect its residents

Let's make a distinction here they are: 1. Here illegally which by definition makes them criminals. 2. Here illegally which makes them illegal aliens not residents or legal immigrants. 3. Here illegally which means they should be deported by ICE.
