SANTA BARBARA COUNTY: Due to the incoming winter storm, a mandatory evacuation order is in place for homes near the Thomas, Sherpa and Whittier fire burn areas and areas on the Santa Barbara south coast (in Goleta, Santa Barbara, Montecito, Summerland and Carpinteria). Stay safe!
