I think that is a great idea. Now we can also change the voting age to 21 as someone who cannot safely handle a firearm or be trusted to responsibly drink do not show the ability to responsibly do their civic duty and hence should not serve in the military until then either

AR-15 was developed in the 1950s, rejected by the Army, and has never entered the military inventory because it is not suitable or effective enough for war. Stop lying- it has never been anything but a civilian firearm.
