(1) No, putting term limits on Senate and House is the best way to keep lobbyist like NRA from being able to buy politicians. The time for bought and paid for senators and reps. should be over.
Trying to ban bump stocks through regulation could be tied up in court for YEARS. Just another way to pass the buck and avoid taking a vote that would upset the gun lobby. Passing legislation is the ONLY way to get this done NOW. #BanBumpStocks

(2) We need an overhaul of our electoral process when it comes to terms in office for senators and reps. It seems the longer you serve the richer you become and the more beholden you are to lobbyist. That's not what your elected to do.

Realistically, HOW MANY LIVES per year might be saved by the
#BanBumpStocks approach? PLEASE, answer this question My guess? Other approaches will make us far safer, and that this ban would be about as effective as window-dressing We have bigger gun issues than bump stocks -
I am so tired of hearing; this law won’t stop that, this ban wouldn’t have prevented a shooting, this law does too much, this ones too vague, this law doesn’t do enough. ENOUGH! Do somsomething, one inch at a time, just do something!
