Ecosystem still recovering from spills. Advertise total costs, Econ & environ: Santa B, Deep Horizon, Valdez, etc (has gov supported Exxon ever paid val bill?) CA is breaking strangle-hold of big oil. Deep pocketed oil execs have no bus in gov, let alone removing our protections!
