Outstanding letter. I find it hard to believe that anyone, even Trump, would try to take the pocket change from some of the lowest paid people in the country. One of the 7 deadly sins is Greed and this makes it so heinous because it is some wealthy taking from many very poor.

I normally tip the server 20% . If the server isn't getting the tip I have no incentive to tip. Giving the restaurant owner the tips to allocate to their employees is fraught with abuse and corruption.
