Human rights are never out-of-date or out-of-touch, & protecting life is certainly NOT unconstitutional. These are the babies we are trying to protect. At 20 weeks old in the womb: eyebrows, nails, & hair are growing. These lives deserve protection.

reproductive health requires, er, how should I say this, reproduction! terminating the life of an unborn human child means there is no reproduction happening and isn’t reproductive health. It’s actually taking a life! (and the bill has an exception for the life of the mother)
