The Trump administration is supporting Ohio's law to purge voters from the rolls. The Justice Department should NOT be working to advance widespread disenfranchisement. This move should outrage every American. #ProtectMyVote

Today the Supreme Court hears oral argument in a critical voting rights case. Ohio’s restrictive law would allow the state—with little or no notice—to begin the process of purging voters who missed voting in just ONE election. That's wrong. #ProtectMyVote

This happened in the Alabama election. Many people who had lived and voted in the same district for decades had mysteriously been removed as "inactive" and had to re-register on election day.
