In the State of Oregon, anyone who works with children is a mandatory reporter of suspected child abuse, in all it's forms. This should be the case nationwide. From churches, to the playgrounds.

I believe IndyStar was the the publication that uncovered all of this. LAST YEAR! and Indiana requires reporting (USAG is headquartered here), but laws were not followed. But go ahead and act like this is new news.
