Every Senate Republican voted last night to confirm Steven Grasz to a lifetime judgeship despite the fact that he was voted unanimously “NOT QUALIFIED” due to concerns that he could not be impartial. Biased judges on our courts should alarm every American. #CourtsMatter

A possible impartial judge gets confirmed and yet Trey Gowdy is flabbergasted that an FBI agent couldn’t be impartial if he were on a jury. While I agree the FBI agent was wrong and should be removed, Republicans are only doing the same in the judicial branch.

More over, although the FBI agent/lawyer actions were unprofessional, it's not a crime, and doesn't meet the standard for a special prosecutor. The DOJ releasing their correspondences does violate their right to due process & violates serious protocols in the dept.
