The entire purpose of the Federal court system is to prevent unconstitutional laws from being enforced. Congress has a serious ego issue. You're not the end all be all of our republic. It's called separation of powers. 5th graders know what it is.

Federal law is federal, clear cut as that. If the Supreme Court declares it law it is the law of the land and refusing to enforce it, no matter your beliefs, you are committing a crime.
