Since 1989, only TWO of 1,755 nominees reviewed by the American Bar Association have been rated unanimously “not qualified” because they wouldn’t be objective. One is Steven Grasz, and Senate Republicans want to jam him through the Senate THIS WEEK. #CourtsMatter

Dear GOP: Why are you not concerned that the Bar Association unanimously rated your nominee as “not qualified”? Surely you can find one lawyer they would at least rate as “Qualified”.
