I'd like to know why Congress is voting on a tax bill that will knowingly be signed by a POTUS installed by Russia. Trump has installed multiple judges (including SCOTUS) that will impact laws for a generation although it's clear he's not a legitimate POTUS.

In light of Flynn's GUILTY plea today, any Senator voting for this bill, is voting for a POTUS-approved bill knowing that he's continually more implicated in criminal-activities with an enemy nation.
