LATEST: The Joint Committee on Taxation says there’s NO CHANCE the Republican tax bill could generate enough revenue to cover the $1.4 TRILLION it will add to the deficit. Republicans claimed their tax cuts would pay for themselves through economic growth. That’s NOT TRUE.

These tax cuts are intended to starve government as a predicate to cutting social security, medicare, etc. It is openly acknowledged in conservative media. .Why aren't you communicating to people that this terrible bill also puts them a path to losing social security?

I swear people forget that it was Obama’s job to bring us out of a recession caused by Bush. Of course he added to the deficit, but our economy wouldn’t be what it is now if he hadn’t.
