Last I read, GOP tax bill gets rid of deduction for adoption costs. Is that still the case? If so, most of these 112K children will stay in foster care because people can’t afford to adopt. That makes me very sad for the children and for the families who want them.

Adoptive father of 6 here. The best thing we can do for foster children and their families is to eliminate for profit agencies from the system. People before profits!
