If it is this bill https://www.congress.gov/bill/115th-congress/senate-bill/534/text … looks like it requires athletic staff (coaches?) to report suspected abuse to authorities. Abuse already illegal, this would prevent staff from protecting known abusers.

Still can't stomach PSU program... That said, this toxic ship can be partially righted through listening, reporting, consequences and raising awareness. Baby steps.

This need to be extended to incl Politicians. Do away with statute of limitations. If politician found guilty they cannot run for Office.
