We need to protect adoption assistance. Many families cannot consider adopting without it. I know our costs are huge and the assistance covers just a little. We fortunately have the means. These kids need all the help possible.

We didn't have the means but nonetheless we have three amazing kids, thanks in part to the credit.

You should be adopting for love NOT tax benefits.

U get a 1x tax credit of $12,500. Adoption costs range 30k -50k . Hardly a reason to adopt for the credit.

And that number will skyrocket with loss of access to (affordable) birth control, health insurance, Planned Parenthood, and abortion.
