3/4 Our bill would NOT ban semi-automatic weapons. It would ONLY apply to devices that increase the rate of fire of semi-automatic weapons.

4/4 Our bill does NOT blur the line b/t semi-automatic & automatic weapons. It only affects devices that mechanically increase rate of fire.
