Wrong! Create diversion programs so people who abuse are directed to help. These drugs are critical for those in chronic pain.

And drug companies KNOW when they're shipping far more than a Dr could possibly be responsibly distributing with a reasonable patient load.

Can we begin having pharmacies track how many pills per Dr not just patient? The Drs ordering enough to sell are an obvious weak point.
