Production quotas could lead to shortages for people who have a legitimate need for them. The reform needs to be at physician level on Rx's.

Exactly what happened to me yrs ago, for diff med. Calling multiple pharmacies every month to track down who had stock was so frustrating.

Wrong! Create diversion programs so people who abuse are directed to help. These drugs are critical for those in chronic pain.

And drug companies KNOW when they're shipping far more than a Dr could possibly be responsibly distributing with a reasonable patient load.

Can we begin having pharmacies track how many pills per Dr not just patient? The Drs ordering enough to sell are an obvious weak point.
