(2/4) The report calls for new low-yield nuclear weapons by claiming our arsenal is somehow insufficient to meet evolving threats.
(3/4) This is wrong. Our current nuclear arsenal is more than adequate to deter aggression against us and our allies.

(4/4) This proposal may lower the threshold for using nuclear weapons. It cannot be allowed to happen and the proposal should be rejected.
