Our bill strengthens intelligence-sharing agreements with other countries. We must know more about those who try to enter the United States.

Bill also contains provisions to require photos and fingerprints of Visa Waiver travelers before they board a plane.

We must do everything we can to prevent terrorists from exploiting loopholes in our travel system. Senate must act and pass our bill.
