@SenFeinstein, FERC needs to make critical electric substations "gun-free zones" and put up signs that say "no guns" to deter criminals
Attack in Calif is one reason I will ask FERC to set minimum security standards for critical electric substations. http://on.wsj.com/1fOqbBX
