This is completely unacceptable. Our power should never be interrupted b/c PG & E can't be bothered to update their outdated equipment & systems.

Monopolies are bad. I support publicly owned power! Let’s get rid of PG&E

Thank you Senator, but this doesn't seem like a sustainable solution and giving millions of customers only hours to prepare...it's unacceptable.

This massive of a shutdown is completely unnecessary and astoundingly insensitive to the needs of California residents and businesses. The government needs to step in. I understand the fire danger, but this is extremely poor planning and execution.

Maybe instead of tweeting for them you can do something to stop them. I mean they have no problem ripping off every customer, burning down half the state of California, and now denying services under a BS excuse of fire danger. Honestly. I never thought id be glad i had LADWP.

This is almost like Verizon calling customers to let them know their phone doesn't work.

So sorry. If my power goes out, it goes out. Don't want PG&E doing ANYTHING except providing consistent power service. Their invasion into my life in order to cover their really poor line & vegetation maintenance and lack of foresight is not permissible. No texts, emails, phone.
