If the president wants to help tackle homelessness, he should endorse the Fighting Homelessness Through Services and Housing Act, a bipartisan bill @LisaMurkowski and I introduced. It authorizes $750 million a year for housing paired with comprehensive health and job services.

Need to prevent developers from kicking people out of affordable homes, and replacing the units with luxury. The developers pretend regulations are expensive & use that as an excuse to build luxury. No one forced them to buy the property in 1st place.
