  Yes, we all know that a criminal who is willing to break multiple laws in order to hurt other people, would never illegally obtain a high capacity magazine or modify a magazine to hold more ammo.

  This year San Diego-based Federal U.S. District Judge Roger Benitez has declared UNCONSTITUTIONAL the law banning possession of magazines holding more than 10 bullets. Presently there is a stay preventing new purchases of magazines > 10 but possession of these magazines is legal.
