OK, but where is the link to the 'registered apprenticeship system' regulations? A quick search lists a lot of apprenticeship programs but non that are the regulations.

Apprenticeships are not for wages, they are for experience. My daughter is trying to get into medical school-she has 600 hours of apprentice work & she needs 1000-1500. She's earned less that $600 for that time. If she has to be paid min. wage she will never get the hours.
