Senator Dianne Feinstein Retweeted The New York Times

Nearly a quarter of the world’s population is running out of water due to climate change. California must rethink its approach to water as rising temperatures and increased drought continue to threaten our supply. https://www.fresnobee.com/opinion/op-ed/article232899562.html …https://twitter.com/nytimes/status/1158890519432441856 …

Not wasting millions of gallons to save a handful of fish would probably be a good start.

🤯O 🤯M 🤯G I have been begging you "leaders" to invest in water manufacturing technology for years!!!!!!!!! Why does everything have to be a crisis before you can act? We really need to fix this. It's always 100x more expensive to wait. Get ahead of these problems, please.

WTF are you thinking, Climate change is not why you need to rethink your water needs ,A Large portion of CA is in fact an arid climate already prone to drought. It is just good stewardship to think about the future of your arid regions,

Build desalinization plants up and down the coast. We that have nice coastal views will have to suck it up. Power them with solar from the Valley and Empire. If that doesn't produce enough for all of our agriculture at a reasonable cost, then our agriculture will have to go away.

Desalination plants. Build those every 10 miles along the coast.

If California would take action, Voters passed a major water bond several years ago and nothing is happening. No new or expanding and. improving existing reservoirs nothing but environmental law suits. By now we should have millions of acre feet of new water in storage.

Water will become the new gold. We'd better begin to rethink our " global warming" and make earth our #1 issue this election. MONEY Is NOT on our list for survival!!!!!

Senator: true &everyone must consider how easily we waste water in the US. Collect water after washing fruits & vegetables & water from rinsed dishes -in a dish pan; water we run until it gets hotter/colder &pour the collected water on a tree, shrubs etc. it’s gallons & gallons.
