Honey more than likely it was a result of the EARTHQUAKES. You inspect and keep people away from unstable areas. There is no amount of money that can fix this kind of problem. Landslides etc.
Heartbroken at the tragic cliff collapse in Encinitas. We’ll continue our effort to get more federal funding to prevent such an accident from happening again. My heart goes out to the victims and their families.

I lived in Escondido in the 80’s and would drive to the coast to escape the heat - the cliffs were a problem THEN! So now you want to ‘help’ by providing Fed funding? Gee, 30 yrs too late.
