All the laws in world won't help if nothing is done to change the mind set that makes this an option
If this criminal followed the laws he would never have gotten the gun or onto the grounds to use it.
For one he didn’t cross into Nevada he lived there. Second he would just bought another gun and did the same damage. No law would of prevented this from happening. Where there’s a will, there is a way.
