Look at Chicago this past weekend. More people shot and more deaths. Just a weekly event. And they have some strict gun laws. So does California, for that matter. What new gun law would have prevented Gilroy from happening?
For starters, prohibit kids under 21 to buy military weapons and pass a psychiatric exam as a requisite to get a semi automatic military weapon. No solution is perfect, but we can do better to avoid military guns falling in the hands of these people
