The pharmacies are not the problem, the problem is the heroin on the streets. But that's too difficult to deal with, so instead you all focus on the prescribers and pharmacies, which prevents those of us who really NEED those medications from being able to access them. 
Imagine if the Federal government said too much insulin was being shipped to pharmacies and made it harder for diabetics to get it? Stop policing MEDICINE and start policing the streets.
That's some grade A scare mongering, Senator. And combatting a health care issue by requiring law enforcement to report to corporations seems pretty suspect to me. This doesn't address any of the issues that lead to drug abuse, it doesn't help or heal.
