Last decade of mega droughts & rising temperatures the bark beetle killed off 200 million trees in former cold Sierra mountains. The past cold temperatures controlled the insects in the past. Now the extreme snow fall is causing excessive flooding but Lake Powell is filling fast.

Think of all the flooding preventing US farmers from planting traditional crops. Many are predicting global grain shortages because of extreme weather changes. India including cities have no water to drink or grow food. Mega droughts in Australia, Africa +Sahara Desert expanding.

Frankly, I'm wondering why Congress bothers to pass laws that apparently will not or cannot be enforced. Having a law does absolutely no good if the DOJ and FBI will not arrest and convict violators.

You might want to also check all the farms that have bankrupted and been purchased by foreign governments. There won't be food once they buy up the land.
