PLEASE educate yourself. This false "loophole" is pushed by BIG TOBACCO who wants nothing more than more people (all ages) smoking and dying and making them $$$. Vaping is the only viable way for people to quit. Why would you make that more difficult? WAKE UP.
Raising the age to purchase e-cigarettes to 21 is not enough to curb underage sales when 32% of teens who purchase e-cigarettes from a retailer buy them online where ID checks aren’t even required! It might be a good idea to require companies that make vaporizers to have their devices UL tested, the entire system from heating element to battery. Too many of these devices are exploding in people’s faces. Temp control and overheat shutoff protection may help prevent injuries.
