That’s simply not true. I have been to shows and have witnessed people turned away after their check.

Simply not true, Mrs. Feinstein. FFL holders have to do a background check on all sales/xfer. Booths at gun shows are set up by FFL holders. Websites are ran by FFL holders and xfer to other FFL holders. In SOME states, peer to peer sales do not require a check. That's it.

I have purchased several firearms in the past few years and each time I have to present a valid state ID and give my social security number and answer a questionnaire. That information is called in and verified before purchase is final.

I have personally purchased from a gun and knife show. I had to fill out the paperwork for a federal background check. So we know that's a lie. I have purchased online. They will not ship to my house. They demand ship to a federal firearms dealer license only. Same paperwork done

In California your own state to buy a gun: 10 day wait Background check Safety test Proof you own a “qualified” gun safe Dozens of the most popular guns on the market are “Law enforcement only” For you of all people to say it is easy to buy a gun is just a flat out lie!
