I've created a thread here on Twitter directed at you Senator but let me state here in your own thread. The @US_FDA @FDACosmetics needs to be completely overhauled when it comes to cosmetics. The FDA has no teeth to deal with companies that bypass the rules & regulations. >
In my thread, I talk about companies that bypass how eyeshadows are marketed but I didn't speak on was how companies can import from other countries any product and we have to take their word that the product is indeed coming from that country. >
There is a app “Think Dirty in IOS” that lets you scan your beauty products and household cleaners to see what is in them, they will also give you better options. It has received many rewards.
And if they are safe when applied in specific coordination with other complex synthetic chemical compounds in other seemingly innocuous products. #marketsegment

I guess I have been in the dark. I had no idea about makeup having asbestos in them. I guess I thought those things were taken care of. I hope the bill passes.
