Made in China perhaps? Any food product or personal care product imported from China needs to be "spot tested" by the FDA and those costs of testing need to be paid for by those companies wanting to import it and NOT the taxpayer.
We need to get the FDA to get on this.

Why is makeup under the FDA? Shouldn’t it fall under the Consumer Protection Agency? Or is it time to change the name of the FDA?
