1.Even a few people choosing not to get vaccinated can have life-or-death consequences for a community. It’s our civic responsibility to ensure as many people are vaccinated as possible. SB277 already mandates vaccines for school children. The bill was meant to protect the small % of medically fragile children for which vaccines would be risky. Doctors know their patients. We don't need to spend 10+ Million more taxes yearly NO

To achieve herd immunity for measles at least 90-95% of the population need to be vaccinated. A disease like polio is less contagious, and 80-85% of the population would need to be vaccinated for herd immunity to work. When all citizens were complying we had very few outbreaks!

We should probably make it mandatory that people be vaccinated before they come to the US, then. This should include visitors, immigrants, etc.
