Tomorrow marks the 65th anniversary of Brown v. Board of Education. A landmark decision, it made clear that "separate but equal" was inherently unequal. Much remains to be done to fulfill the promise of the Brown decision but I'm encouraged by the progress of the last 65 years.

End Public indoctrination schools and give vouchers to all parents to send their children to the private school they choose. One size does not fit all. This would also cover home schooling. This solves the equal education problem very quickly and most likely much cheaper.

I'm sure you've noticed that there are a lot of black groups of all types from casual to political and even vacation groups who are choosing to segregate themselves and exclude others. What do you make of that and why isn't the ACLU on it?

Don't get me wrong I believe it's wrong no matter if whites or blacks do it or whoever, but I don't understand why they can do something that white people would be absolutely crucified before by excluding others.
